Alterations in facial sub cutaneous compartment, with fat atrophy, wrinkles and sulcus deepening, lessening in mallar projection, mandible contour irregularity, surcil dropping and lessening of lips volume. The implant expanded the depressed cheeks, elevated the brow, increased the mallar projection, corrected the mandible line and increased the lips volume. The used amount is variable, around 15 cc. The procedure can be made in one or several steps.
